If you’re a fan of Jim Henson’s manic brand of fun and whimsy, this new font by designers at MCKL and COLLINS is exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
Kernit is a loveable, strange and totally psychedelic typeface available for free in two styles: bold and outline. The font is “meant to capture the same imagination, fun and whimsy which we came to love in Henson’s vivid work.”
The font was originally created for a Jim Henson exhibition at New York’s Museum of the Moving Image but is suitable for use in any design project that requires a bit of whimsy.
The fonts are available for download for free by clicking here.
